Large Estate Management
Sandpiper Management Services is currently operating a caretaker service to large Estate Management services, developments with an average of 400+ homes. One of our largest and most prestigious undertakings is at Hampton Lakes in Davenport.
Typical work carried out is general day to day maintenance and cleaning of on site facilities, keeping the development trash free, placing trash cans out for collection and returning them before 6pm on the day of collection. Replacing broken mail box’s and posts, power washing pathways and sidewalks in common areas. Reporting street lighting not working, making sure that homes are receiving the best service from neighborhood watch, liaising with the Deputy Sheriff’s whilst on general patrol, communicating information to homeowners through the Home Owners Association regarding any damage or problems that might have occurred. This service has often been regarded as an additional benefit especially considering the distance between the Home Owner and his Investment.
